The following terms and conditions form the contractual agreement between you and Weybridge Airport Cabs. Your reservation of a taxi and utilization of our service implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
The terms "Weybridge Airport Cabs," "we," or "us" pertain to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Any delays resulting from your failure to allocate ample time or readiness for collection at the designated time are not the responsibility of Weybridge Airport Cabs.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a car size suitable for both passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the accommodation of excessive luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access must request this at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for material changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post the specified landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting period beyond this will be subject to the standard waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and notify Weybridge Airport Cabs of any inaccuracies promptly.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 The number of passengers carried must comply with licensing and insurance regulations.
5.1 Timely cancellation is essential. Charges will apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on the distance covered by the driver to the cancellation point.
5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may incur charges.
6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Weybridge Airport Cabs is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Weybridge Airport Cabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters as deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Weybridge Airport Cabs may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We may modify terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information handling adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Weybridge Airport Cabs and yourself.
8.5 No third party has enforceable rights under this agreement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Weybridge Airport Cabs.
